After not motorcycling for a few years due to physical issues, I recently got back to it witha 16 year old Honda Shadow 750. With no service records. I took it to D2. The bike had some issues with leaking fuel and gas fumes emanating all the time. Joe and Tony and the techs took super good care of this old retread biker and his bike. Took some real work to fully diagnose and fix this old bikes problem, but they got it right. And they did it timely and treated me, the customer, with courtesy and respect. Great service department and people. Highly recommend.

Drove across a couple of states to d2 because they had such a good deal on the bike I was looking for. Everything was straight forward from the get go. I was in and out pretty quick and the salesman Dennis explained everything I needed to know about the bike and even helped me load it. He left me feeling comfortable buying and driving the motorcycle back. Great customer service and great dealership experience overall!

Came in looking for a rare bike, Kawasaki W800. Sales person, I will not name, Travis OK you're outed, started with a cold approach like you get at a car dealership. I almost hit the door running. We talked awhile more and we both learned to take a different approach. He reverted to the old school way of selling bikes. I have bought many in 60 years of riding. Turns out he was great, got the bike uncrated, service guys were amazing, had it together in record time, closing rep, John, had paper work done in a flash. Process started rough but ended in all smiles. One of the better experiences of any vehicle dealership. Old guys rule and old school business technique rules the day. Thanks guys.

I had a really great experience here. Purchased a new Suzuki from Dennis. He was great! He met me right away when I came through the door. Zero pressure to purchase; I looked at a lot of bikes and asked a lot of questions. They have a good selection of bikes there. When I decided on the bike the negotiation was honest and there were no games. They were very organized and the paperwork was completed quickly. He said they would have the bike ready for me and it was. They have a nice parking lot behind the store and invited me to cruise it until I felt fully comfortable. Love my new bike and recommend you talk with them if you are ready for a new ride!
